There are four tiers: Integrated Partner (€1,000 per year, Read-Only API, 1,000 requests per property per month), Advanced Partner (€2,000 per year, Read & Write API, 2,000 requests per property per month), Enterprise Integration Partner (€5,000 per year, custom API development rights, flexible quota of 10,000+ requests per property per month) and Core Application Partner (€10,000 per year, rights to build modules directly inside Veboni ERP, flexible quota of 10,000+ requests per property per month).

The fee is paid against an invoice, not through the website. Once your application is approved, the Veboni team will contact you about the contract and payment steps.

It is the number of requests your integration can make to the Veboni ERP APIs for each property per month. At the Enterprise Integration and Core Application tiers the quota is flexible to match your needs.

All tiers (Integrated, Advanced, Enterprise Integration and Core Application) can list their Veboni ERP-integrated products on the Veboni App Marketplace. Products from Enterprise Integration and Core Application partners are featured in the showcase.

When you submit the application form you receive an application number. The Veboni team reviews your application and gets in touch with you.

Fill in the “Request a Quote / Demo” form on the product page. Your request is forwarded to the partner that builds the product, who will send you pricing and setup details directly.

You need to be a Veboni partner to list products. Briefly describe the product you want to list in the application form on the Partners page.

No. The Veboni ERP Certified Specialist training and certificate exam are free of charge.

The training runs through live classes, hands-on projects and one-to-one expert guidance. The training calendar, curriculum and exam details are sent to you after you apply.

After completing the training you take the certificate exam. When you pass, your Veboni ERP Certified Specialist certificate is issued.

The certificate is valid for 1 year from its issue date. An expired certificate shows as “Expired” when verified; renewal is required to keep it valid.

Enter the certificate number (e.g. VBN-7KQ2-M9XA) on the Verify Certificate page. The holder’s name and competencies are shown together with their status.

The annual licence fee is the monthly per-room price of each module you select × number of rooms × 12 months. You can see the price instantly by selecting modules on the Get a Quote page.

For properties with 20 rooms or fewer, PMS, POS Sales, Channel Manager, Online Booking and one bank Virtual POS integration are free; they are priced at zero when you select them.
